Further to NuLeaf Clinic’s Website Ts and Cs, you agree that all appointments are subject to this Cancellation Policy.
1.1 We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested changes to appointment times received more than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
1.2 Booking changes made within 48 hours prior to the appointment may be considered as cancellations by you. In such cases, you will be charged the full amount of the fee payable for the relevant appointment, and your credit card will be automatically charged accordingly.
1.3 You acknowledge that we or the professionals with whom you book may need to reschedule appointments. Should we require an amendment to a booking time for any reason, you agree to engage in constructive discussions regarding the rescheduling of your appointment.
1.4 You consent to our and/or the professional’s right to cancel or terminate an appointment at any time, even during the appointment, for any or no reason. If an appointment is terminated due to circumstances beyond your control (and you have not violated the Website Terms and Conditions), you must promptly follow our instructions, and we will refund any fees paid by you (provided you are not in breach of the Website Terms and Conditions).
1.5 You understand that if the practitioner attempts to contact you at your scheduled appointment time and you miss the call for any reason, there will be no refund for missing the appointment, and the appointment will be considered completed.
