Cancellation Policy
Further to NuLeaf Clinic’s Website Ts and Cs, you agree that all appointments are subject to this Cancellation Policy.
NuLeaf Clinics Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage practitioner availability and make appointments available to other patients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Free initial consultations
Your initial consultation may be provided at no consultation charge. However, we require valid payment card details to secure your booking.
You will not be charged for attending your initial consultation.
However, if you:
- cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice;
- request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice; or
- do not attend your scheduled appointment,
NuLeaf Clinics may charge a $29 late cancellation/no-show fee to the payment method provided when you booked.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, no $29 cancellation fee will apply.
$29 follow-up consultations
Follow-up consultations are $29 and are paid when you book.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your consultation payment may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, your $29 consultation fee may be forfeited. If you would like another appointment, you may need to make a new booking and pay the applicable consultation fee.

Exceptional circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. NuLeaf Clinics may waive a late cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion where there are exceptional circumstances.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
