Choice of Pharmacy

We work with partner pharmacies that we may recommend you use to dispense any medication that a registered health practitioner prescribes you following your use of the Services.

We may recommend that you use a partner pharmacy as we have a good working relationship with those partner pharmacies and are aware of the stock that they hold from time to time. We may recommend a partner pharmacy to you based on the medication you are prescribed and your geographic location to facilitate timely delivery of your medication by that recommended pharmacy.

You are not required to use a partner pharmacy and you can, at any time, request that we provide you with a copy of your prescription for you to attend and present to any pharmacy of your choice. We cannot guarantee that your selected pharmacy will have your prescribed medication in stock, or be able to obtain and dispense your medication in a timely manner.

If your selected pharmacy requires that we provide a copy of any approval letters issued to the NuLeaf Clinics registered health practitioners, we may charge you an administration fee to collate the requested documents, redact all personal information of the registered health practitioner from the documents and deliver the documents to your selected pharmacy. We will notify you of the estimated administration fee prior to undertaking the work, if applicable.

Marketing and Promotional Communications

SMS: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from NuLeaf Clinics and its representatives. Marketing or promotional texts are not required for any service or purchase. You can opt out anytime by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the SMS. Please update us if your number changes to avoid misdirected patient care messages.

Opting Out: You can unsubscribe from promotional texts at any time, but you’ll still receive essential messages about your care and appointments.

Opting In: You can resubscribe to promotional texts whenever you like.

Emails: By providing your email, you consent to receive service-related emails and can opt out of promotional emails by following the instructions provided.

User Generated Content

Responsibility: NuLeaf Clinics is not liable for content shared by others on social media, including its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, or quality.

Forum Participation: By commenting on NuLeaf Clinics’ social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), you agree not to post any content that infringes on laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property, or that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive.

Initial Consultation: $49 (discounted from $59)
Follow-Up Consultation: $39 (discounted from $59)

Promotion Period

This promotion commences on 5 March 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 April 2026.

Eligibility

To avail the promotional pricing, appointments must be booked during the promotion period.

The discounted rate of $49 applies to standard initial consultations, and the $39 rate applies to standard follow-up consultations booked within this period.

General Conditions

This promotion applies to telehealth consultations only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
