The process starts by visiting the Booking Page, where you can choose between new patient bookings and existing patient follow-up appointments. As a new patient, once you have completed the intake form and made payment, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS and email with your appointment details, including a secure link to upload your Health Summary.

If you are booking a free nurse consultation to discuss suitability and ask questions, you will also be required to submit an intake form and provide your most recent health summary. 

Uploading your health summary prior to your consultation helps your Doctor review your medical background and prepare for your appointment. This first step ensures that your experience is organised, clear, and based on the information you provide. The upload link also includes an optional consent section allowing NuLeaf to contact your regular GP on your behalf if you have difficulty accessing your Health Summary.

Submitting Your Health Summary

Your Health Summary includes important information such as medical history, current prescribed medications, and details from your General Practitioner or other healthcare professionals and specialists. Providing this document helps your Doctor understand your current health situation and deliver care that is appropriate and informed with their duty of care.

If you do not have a recent Health Summary, our support team can assist by explaining how to request one from your GP clinic or alternative sources. The upload link also includes an optional consent section that allows NuLeaf to contact your regular GP on your behalf. This small preparation step helps ensure your consultation is efficient, and personalised to your individual needs.

Connect Securely via Telehealth

On the day of your consultation, your Doctor will contact you near the time of your appointment from a private number.

To make sure you receive the call smoothly:

  • Keep your phone nearby and charged.
  • Enable private-number calls in your phone settings.
  • Have your notes or questions ready before the session begins.

You will receive an SMS and email within 24-48 hours of your consultation containing the pharmacy’s contact information so you can arrange payment and delivery to your door.
