Book Your Appointment Online

The process starts by visiting the Booking Page, where you can choose between new patient bookings and existing patient follow-up appointments. As a new patient, once you have completed the intake form and made payment, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS and email with your appointment details, including a secure link to upload your Health Summary.

If you are booking a free nurse consultation to discuss suitability and ask questions, you will also be required to submit an intake form and provide your most recent health summary. 

Uploading your health summary prior to your consultation helps your Doctor review your medical background and prepare for your appointment. This first step ensures that your experience is organised, clear, and based on the information you provide. The upload link also includes an optional consent section allowing NuLeaf to contact your regular GP on your behalf if you have difficulty accessing your Health Summary.

Submitting Your Health Summary

Your Health Summary includes important information such as medical history, current prescribed medications, and details from your General Practitioner or other healthcare professionals and specialists. Providing this document helps your Doctor understand your current health situation and deliver care that is appropriate and informed with their duty of care.

If you do not have a recent Health Summary, our support team can assist by explaining how to request one from your GP clinic or alternative sources. The upload link also includes an optional consent section that allows NuLeaf to contact your regular GP on your behalf. This small preparation step helps ensure your consultation is efficient, and personalised to your individual needs.

Connect Securely via Telehealth

On the day of your consultation, your Doctor will contact you near the time of your appointment from a private number.

To make sure you receive the call smoothly:

  • Keep your phone nearby and charged.
  • Enable private-number calls in your phone settings.
  • Have your notes or questions ready before the session begins.

After your telehealth appointment, the responsive and friendly NuLeaf Clinics patient care team continues to provide guidance and support. If a prescription is appropriate for your situation and is prepared, it will be sent to a trusted local pharmacy in your state.

You will receive an SMS and email within 24-48 hours of your consultation containing the pharmacy’s contact information so you can arrange payment and delivery to your door.

  • Complete your intake form. When you book your NuLeaf Clinics appointment, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. This helps our practitioners provide you with the best possible care. Please note that if this form is not completed, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
  • Submit your health summary. You can also upload your health summary via the secure link provided by the NuLeaf Clinics team.
  • Save your appointment details. NuLeaf will send your appointment information via text and email—make sure you keep these handy.

On the Day of Your Appointment

  • Enable private number calls. Practitioners will call from a private number, so ensure your phone allows these calls.
  • Keep your phone nearby. Be available around the time of your booking to avoid delays.
  • Prepare your questions. Write down any health concerns or queries you’d like to discuss, and feel free to be open and honest with your practitioner.

After Your Telehealth Appointment

  • Medication and scripts. If prescribed, your script, documents, and approvals will be sent directly to a trusted local pharmacy in your state, with express delivery available to your door.
  • Pharmacy details. NuLeaf Clinics will send you the pharmacy’s contact details via SMS and email after your consultation.
  • Pharmacy pick-up. Please call the pharmacy approximately 24–48 hours after your consultation to arrange payment and delivery.

Some clinics can also send it directly to us with your permission. And if you don’t have a regular GP, let us know when booking. We’ll guide you on what you need to provide instead.

Step 1: Book your consultation

Your healthcare journey with NuLeaf begins by booking an appointment through our secure online platform. You can choose a time that suits you and select a consultation for the service most relevant to your needs—whether that’s general health, alternative health support, or weight-related concerns.

Step 2: Share your health information

To provide safe and appropriate care, we ask all new patients to submit a recent Health Summary from their regular GP, or a referral if available, and send it to hello@nuleafclinics.com.au. This information helps our practitioners make informed clinical decisions during your consultation and ensures continuity of care.

Step 3: Attend your telehealth appointment

All NuLeaf consultations are conducted via secured telehealth. Most appointments are by phone, with the practitioner calling from a private number. If preferred, a video consultation can be arranged upon request. You’ll speak with an Australian-registered healthcare practitioner who will take the time to understand your medical history, current symptoms, and health goals.

During your appointment, the practitioner will:

  • Review your submitted health summary and any past health care
  • Ask about your symptoms and lifestyle
  • Determine if a health care plan is clinically appropriate for your needs

If required, the practitioner may discuss suitable options, which could include lifestyle changes, supportive therapies, or if clinically appropriate, prescription health care.

Please note: Not all consultations result in a prescription.

Step 4: Follow-up and ongoing support

Our patient care doesn’t end after one consultation. Depending on your health care plan, we recommend a follow-up appointment around four to six weeks after your initial consultation. This allows your practitioner to check in on your progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan if needed.

If you’ve been prescribed medication, follow-up appointments are also an opportunity to review its effectiveness and manage any ongoing repeats, if appropriate.
